These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by OceanBridge WebWorks LLC ("OceanBridge WebWorks," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
OceanBridge WebWorks LLC provides SEO services for service businesses, including related strategy, technical recommendations, on-page work, content guidance, reporting, and related digital marketing support.
2. Free SEO Snapshot
Our Free SEO Snapshot is always free and provided with no obligation to purchase additional services.
3. Service Agreements
Paid services are generally provided under a six-month agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The first month of service is free as part of the six-month contract structure. After the initial six-month term, services may continue under either:
- A renewed six-month agreement, or
- A month-to-month arrangement
4. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or specific business outcomes. Search engine optimization depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, competition, website history, and client implementation speed.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide information, access, approvals, and reasonable cooperation needed for us to perform the services.
Delays in approvals, access, content, feedback, or implementation may affect timing and results.
6. Payment
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. Any overdue amounts may pause or delay services until the account is brought current.
7. Cancellation
A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel either a six-month contract or a month-to-month arrangement.
All outstanding invoices must be fully paid before cancellation is considered complete.
Services continue during the 30-day notice period. After that period ends, no further payments will be charged by us unless a new agreement is entered into.
8. Refunds
We do not charge setup fees.
We do not offer partial-month refunds or prorated refunds. Once a cancellation request is submitted, service continues for the applicable notice period and then ends.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OceanBridge WebWorks retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, methods, frameworks, and pre-existing materials.
Upon payment in full, the client may use final deliverables created specifically for the client for the client's business purposes.
10. Website and Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Netlify, analytics tools, booking platforms, hosting platforms, and related software. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, policy actions, or limitations caused by third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
In plain English: we will do our best work, but we are not responsible for every outcome that may happen in your business or on third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OceanBridge WebWorks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
12. Disclaimer
Services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
