Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free SEO Snapshot
The Free SEO Snapshot is always free and comes with no obligation.
2. Setup Fees
OceanBridge WebWorks LLC does not charge setup fees.
3. Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide at least 30 days' written notice to cancel:
- A six-month service agreement, or
- A month-to-month service arrangement
4. Payment Status at Cancellation
All outstanding invoices must be fully paid before cancellation is completed.
5. Service During Notice Period
Services will continue during the 30-day notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing. After the 30-day period ends, services will stop and no further payments will be taken by us.
6. Refunds
We do not provide partial-month refunds.
We do not provide prorated refunds.
Payments already made for an active billing period are non-refundable.
